Free cancellation of bookings is possible up to 48 hours before arrival with a full refund of the paid funds
Payment Options
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: is possible from 15:00. An earlier check-in depends on the availability of accommodation units. If the property has prepared accommodation units available, early check-in will be accommodated.
Check-out: is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible with an additional fee, depending on the availability of the accommodation facility.
Reception Hours
The reception is open from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Late check-in is possible by calling the reception.
Parking
The property has a private parking lot large enough for all our accommodation units, and reservation of parking space is not necessary. Parking is free for all hotel guests.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and on weekends and holidays from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. If you require an earlier breakfast, lunch packages can be prepared with prior notice.
The breakfast price is included in the accommodation service, and for external guests, it amounts to €8 per person.
Public Transport
There is a bus stop near the hotel where 5 regular bus lines stop, which connect with tram transport in all directions of the city of Zagreb, within 4 km distance.
Pets
Small pets up to 5 kilograms are allowed, subject to an additional fee.
If you are arriving with a pet, please inform the hotel staff in advance.
